Meet Keishi (pronounced "kay-shee," but he likes to be called "Kaysh".) He's here with 230+ other students from an elite private school in southern Japan. Each of the students is staying with a different host family.They are here to have "an American experience" for a week. They spent one day at "working" on farms, one day hanging out at various Jr. High Schools in the valley, and one day on a feild trip of their choice.
We get to have this great young man at our house until Tuesday morning. We can't communicate much, but the kids have thoroughly enjoyed having him here. Especially Bennett, who seems to communicate very well with him. Silliness is definately a universal language.
Today, Jeremy, Keishi and Landon went to the BYU football game. Tomorrow, our friend will enjoy a nice "Mormon experience" as he attends 3 hours of church with us. We're also going to have the Englebrights over for Dinner so Justin who served a mission in Japan, can interpret for us for a couple hours.

It is so neat that you are doing this. Just read up on Julie Bloxham's guest, too. What an amazing opportunity for you all. Sounds like you are treating him very special! :)
