Fillmore Reunion 2011

Jeremy's family got together for a reunion at his sister's house. Anya and I missed the first day and half because of her surgery but it was so much fun! Jeremy took the rest of the kids up during her surgery and I stayed with her at home for 24 hours while the anesthesia wore off. When we got there, all of her cousins got to meet her for the first time

Lorrie and her family have a huge property in a little mountain town that's about 40 minutes from us. It's soo pretty there in the summer! And this place is a child's dream.

Everyone (except us) brought camping trailers and parked them in the back yard.  Now that's my kind of camping. No dirt!
Landon had an absolute BLAST riding around on Braden's little dirt bikes.
That's not something we get to do in our suburban neighborhood, so he was in heaven.

Saturday afternoon, they all went swimming at the neighbor's pool. (No pictures of that of course because I wasn't there yet!)

The evening was so relaxing and pretty.  We just sat around and ate lots of good food and talked and the kids played to their heart's content. Does it get much better than that?

Congratulations to our nephew, Zac and his cute girlfriend, Jessica! They're getting married September 2!
The first wedding in our extended Fillmore family!

Eli says, "Peek-a-boo!"

Oooo, you look mean, Grant!

You, too, Halle! We'd better run!

Duct tape weapons.  Watch out, people!

Two of our very cute boys

Max with his cousin, Jaxon

How would it be to have a yard this size?  And with an amazing view of Mt. Timpanogos!

Cousin David, doing what teenagers do best. (texting)

Anya LOVED Halle's Hummer!
(in case you can't tell...)

And what perfect timing, a litter of kitties! Anya spent a lot of the evening in the garage with them.
Don't think she's ever seen real kittens before!

Check out this sand pile! To die for!

Hours of fun right here.

You'd think the big kids could take a break from electronics for just one day. Nope!

Thanks, Kohler's for hosting this unforgettable weekend! And everyone else for all the great food!
Nothing beats spending time just relaxing and catching up with the people you love the most.
We are so blessed!
