The weekend before Thanksgiving, Jeremy and I went to Denver
for a National Society of Landscape Architects convention.
I love tag-along business trips!
When we were getting ready to board the plane,
we heard someone call our names.
It was Brady Pitcher, who worked for Jeremy for 8 years.
He has been working as a rep for Rainbird for 5 years or so now
and was going to the convention as well.
He joined us on the plane and we had a great time catching up.
He took this picture of us as we were getting ready to take off.
We were only there from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon.
I spent time walking around the mall while Jeremy went to the trade show
on Saturday.
This was the view from our room at the Downtown Marriott.
The weekend was unseasonably warm, which made walking around
outside nice and pleasant.
That night, Rainbird Corporation treated us to a really nice dinner.
We had to take a picture of the seafood appetizer tray.
Brady is always a party to be with. :)
We've decided that we need these little weekend trips
every few months or so. They help us re-fuel and
remember each other.
Wish we had taken more pictures!
It was such a fun weekend.
