We met seven families from our ward at Bear Lake July 10-12. They all had trailers to camp (we did not) so we rented a condo one night and stayed with our neighbors, the Thompsons in their friends' cabin the next night. The weather was perfect on Thursday and windy and cool on Friday. It was just nice to relax. Bear Lake is perfect for kids with it's huge shelf of shallow, clear water and mild outside temperatures. It's deceiving though...everyone got burned! It was fun to get to know some of our neighbors a little better.
